Your Bad

Okay, at what point do you quit drafting guys who like to break the law? Yeah, yeah, I know, Santonio Holmes just got arrested for ... what exactly did he get arrested for again? Walking down the street? Anyway, Marvin Lewis hasn't been afraid to draft knuckleheads and in most cases these draft picks have basically blown up in his face. The fact that this year's fifth-rounder, A.J. Nicholson was caught stealing stereo equipment a month after he got drafted is just mind-boggling. Throw in the fact that he was accused of sexual assault and DUI during his time in Tallahassee and it's a wonder this guy was drafted at all -- or maybe, given Cincy's recent draft track record, it's a wonder they didn't take him in the first round and just get it over with already. Either way, it's weird.

One more thing, I think I know why DJ didn't think Holmes's arrest was such a big deal (other than the fact that it wasn't): He's been pimping a first-round wideout since February and hey, a guy's got to protect his investment, right? Or something like that.
